What we do and don't do. We take roof requests and pass each one to an independent local roofing company. We are not a roofing contractor. We don't inspect, repair or replace roofs, quote prices, write bids, sign contracts or deal with insurance claims. Any deal for roof work is made between you and the roofing company, on its terms.

Content on the site. The guides, cost tables, calculator and quiz are general information. Cost figures are published ranges, and tool results are rough planning numbers, not offers. Rely on the written estimate a roofer gives you after looking at your home.

What we ask of you. Send true details, and only for a home you own or have the right to arrange work on. Don't send fake requests, harmful code or anything against the law.

The site as it stands. We work to keep pages correct and online, but we offer the site "as is." We can't promise it will always load, run without mistakes or stay current. We make no promise about any roofer's work, prices, schedule, conduct or warranties.

Limits on liability. As far as the law allows, Roof Replacement St. Louis MO is not liable for losses tied to using the site, relying on what it says or hiring a roofer you found through it.

Outside links. Some pages link to other sites, such as City of St. Louis or State of Missouri pages. We don't run those sites and aren't responsible for what they say.

Governing law. The laws of the State of Missouri govern these terms.

Revisions. We may change these terms by posting a new version on this page.
