Who does the work. When you send a request, we pass it to one independent local roofing company. That company contacts you, looks at the roof and, if you want one, writes you an estimate. We are not a roofing contractor and do no roofing work. We give no prices or bids, sign no contracts and never handle insurance claims.

How we're paid. The roofing company may pay us for each request it receives. That payment is how the site earns money. You never pay us to send a request. You also never get money, a gift, a rebate, a credit or any other item of value from us, because Missouri law bars roofers from giving homeowners such things for any reason. A separate business. The roofing company is not our employee or agent, and we don't vouch for it. Missouri has no state roofing license, so in the City of St. Louis, ask to see the company's City graduated business license before you sign.

Your call. You never have to hire the company that gets your request. Collect other estimates and choose whoever suits you.

No government ties. The City of St. Louis, St. Louis County and the State of Missouri don't run this site and aren't connected to it.
